The partnership between Burson Auto Parts and Motorsport has been extended.
Motorsport Australia is proud to announce its partnership with Burson Auto Parts has been extended.

As Australia’s trade specialist supplier of automotive aftermarket parts, accessories and workshop equipment, Burson has been a big supporter of Australian motorsport at grassroots level for many years.

Last year, the company expanded its involvement with Motorsport Australia, signing on as the official automotive retail partner for the Shannons Motorsport Australia Championships.

As Australian motorsport continues to grow around the country, Burson Auto Parts’ Anthony Hughes was proud to re-sign with Motorsport Australia for 2021.

“It’s been a few years that Burson has been with Motorsport Australia and we see supporting foundation motorsport in this country to be a really important privilege for Burson,” Hughes said.

“To translate that into supporting everyone from the organisation to volunteers and scrutineers and people in racing.

“Grassroots, TCR and all of the categories that Motorsport Australia manages throughout the country, it’s a very important thing to do and we’re very proud to continue our sponsorship with Motorsport Australia.”

Motorsport Australia Director of Motorsport & Commercial Operations Michael Smith echoed Hughes’ comments and was pleased Burson would continue its association.

“It means a lot to have Burson extending its partnership with Motorsport Australia,” Smith added.

“Burson has been a long time partner for us and for the Shannons Motorsport Australia Championships - they help us do what we do,” Smith added.

“Everything from supporting volunteers, officials and grassroots motorsport all the way through to the Championships at a national level – it’s terrific to see.

“We’re just proud to be continuing the partnership with Burson.”
