CAMS is seeking expressions of interest for multiple roles relating to the 2019 Appointed Officials.

Applications are now open for 2019 Appointed Officials roles.
The Appointed Officials Panel consists of three separate disciplines (click for further information):

COACHING POSITIONS
All three disciplines will have coaches appointed in 2019.
The callouts follow the recent testing of a new successful coaching program that will help CAMS officials continue to operate at the highest standards.
In the first instance, a Head Coach will be appointed for each discipline and if considered necessary, an Assistant Coach will also be appointed.
The purpose of the coaching role is to:
- Provide leadership to the Appointed Officials Panel
- Provide a point of reference for Appointed Officials
- Develop skills of Appointed Officials
- Provide training for Appointed Officials
- Review performance of Appointed Officials
- Participate in the selection process of Appointed Officials for 2020 and beyond
- Attend selected events in an observatory capacity
- Identify future talent.

It is important to note that coaches will not be able to hold an Appointed Officials role. Each coaching role will receive an honorarium.
Appointments for Appointed Officials and coaches will be announced in December.
