Clubs to benefit from 2021 reaffiliation

Wednesday 21 October, 2020
Motorsport Australia clubs can now re-affiliate for 2021.
Motorsport Australia is pleased to announce that there will be no price increases for 2021 club affiliation.

Motorsport Australia has confirmed there will be no price increase for clubs re-affiliating in 2021.

CEO Eugene Arocca said clubs were such an important part of the motorsport scene in Australia.

“There is no doubt that 2020 has been one of the most difficult years in recent memory, however I have been inspired by the efforts of our Motorsport Australia affiliated clubs throughout this year,” Arocca said.

“Grassroots motorsport in particular has led the way in doing everything possible to ensure events can run, and run safely.”

On top of the price freeze on reaffiliation, further benefits will also enhance the affiliation offerings.

This includes the recently launched app, as well as plans for more interactive workshops, member rewards and more in the next 12 months.

Ongoing programs, such as Club Business Workshops and the Club Development Fund, will continue, as well as  providing clubs with access to the improved Event Entry and Member Portal systems.

Clubs have until Wednesday, 16 December to lodge all reaffiliation documentation as a way to remain covered under the Motorsport Australia insurance policies from January 1, 2021.

Motorsport Australia clubs are also welcome to contact their local Regional Development Executive for more information regarding affiliation.
