Rallying and off road will return to the Seven Network on Australia’s #1 free-to-air streaming platform, 7plus. 

After each round of the RSEA Safety Motorsport Australia Rally Championship (ARC) and BFGoodrich Motorsport Australia Off Road Championship (AORC), a comprehensive highlights package will be available for streaming the week following the event.

Complementing this new coverage, Motorsport Australia can also confirm 7plus will also stream the new rally Power Stage, which will be part of each RSEA Safety Motorsport Australia Rally Championship event in 2021.

The experienced on-air talent for each championship event has also been confirmed, with Jessica Dane and Dean Herridge to host the coverage of the ARC throughout 2021, while Greg Rust will host the opening round of the AORC at the Cobb & Co. St George 399. 

The first AORC event takes place at St George on 19-21 March, while the opening round of the ARC, the Netier National Capital Rally, will be held from 26-28 March. 

The first live Power Stage will be shown on 28 March, with the exact time to be confirmed closer to the event.

“We’ve had a real focus on increasing the coverage and reach of these exciting championships in recent years and are thrilled to be working with Seven to further boost the profile of off road and rally in Australia,” Smith said.

“Seven’s support of motorsport is certainly showing through and this complements the coverage of the many other events already being shown by Seven in 2021 – including the Repco Supercars Championship and the Shannons Motorsport Australia Championships.

“The live-stream of the Power Stage in particular will be a real innovation for rally fans to get closer to the action, while having a highlights package available in the days following each event will allow motorsport fans to get a great insight into how the events played out with extensive coverage across the field.”

With the introduction of the Power Stage as well, I think we’re in for some awesome entertainment this year.”
