Motorsport Australia supports Earth Hour

As part of its three-star FIA Environmental Accreditation Framework management plan, Motorsport Australia is pleased to announce it is supporting the World Wide Fund for Nature’s (WWF) Earth Hour in 2021.
One of the world’s biggest movements to protect our planet, hundreds of millions of people from more than 7000 cities across 190 countries take part in the annual event by switching off various electric appliances for just one hour.
In 2021, Earth Hour will occur at 8:30pm local time on Saturday 27 March and Motorsport Australia is encouraging all members to take part in the event.
Members can take part in the event by doing simple things such as switching off all lights in their household for the 60 minute duration, or creating more long term solutions such as using reusable coffee cups or switching to a renewable energy provider.
Earth Hour in Australia takes place at 8:30pm local time on Saturday 27 March.
