The Supplementary Regulations for the third round of the 2021 RSEA Safety Motorsport Australia Rally Championship (ARC) season are now available to view.

Held over two days, the Gippsland Rally will see the best crews around the country tackle 180 competitive kilometres across 14 special stages around the Victorian regional towns of Heyfield, Walhalla, Toombon and Glenfalloch.

Unlike the Accent Benchtops Rally Queensland, this round will be an endurance event, meaning competitors will have a combined time across both days as opposed to two heats over two days.

Starting on Saturday 7 August, the first half of the rally will see crews complete 123 kilometres over eight stages with just one service break to occur after the first pass of four stages.

The following day, crews will complete the remaining six stages and 57 competitive kilometres of the event, including the Elysian Energy Power Stage of Cowwarr 2.

The rally will also be hosting the fourth round of the Till Hino Motorsport Australia Victorian Rally Championship where state registered crews will contest just Saturday’s eight stages.

The state championship round will be divided into two separate heats with crews able to score championship points in each of the heats.

With the Supplementary Regulations officially released, entries for the event are now being accepted and crews have until 8pm AEST on 23 July to register.

As the number of entries are limited to 60, interested crews are encouraged to enter as soon as possible to avoid missing out.
