After the recent opening of nominations for the Motorsport Australia National Awards, presented by Shannons Insurance, people can now begin to nominate their peers for the equally heralded state awards.  
     
The Motorsport Australia State Awards celebrate the achievements for those individuals within each state who are the driving force of grassroots motorsport and who go above and beyond every year, with awards like Service Stars and the State Official of the Year awards recognising them.  
   
Clubs are also a major part of local motorsport, and the State Awards are another opportunity for them to get recognised through awards like the State Event of the Year and Club milestone achievements.  
 
This year, nomination forms can be filled out using an easy to complete online form.
