Motorsport Australia’s Director of Motorsport & Commercial Operations, Michael Smith, said the return to Queensland Raceway was one that had been planned for some time.

“We’ve been working closely with Tony Quinn and the team at Queensland Raceway for months planning this Shannons Motorsport Australia Championships event,” Smith said.

“It’s an exciting opportunity to be back in Queensland and at the new and improved venue which is now very worthy of hosting high quality, national level motorsport.

“With seven categories in action across the weekend, it’s going to be a terrific event with an impressive mix of categories and we can’t wait to be back in Ipswich."

Fans are being encouraged to pre-purchase their tickets to avoid queues at the gates. Parking for spectators will also only be available around the circuit, with the car park unavailable to ticket holders for this event due to the venue set up and garaging for the seven categories.

Once again, all tickets provide access to the paddock and all areas of the circuit, as well as free grid walks prior to TCR races.

Tickets are available from motorsporttickets.com.au.
