One of Australia’s biggest budget endurance series will head to Tasmania for the first time in February 2023.

Motor Events Racing provides the opportunity for motorsport enthusiasts to participate in a special endurance format of motorsport that embraces all the elements of longer races in a ‘fun, relaxed and friendly field’.

The event, to be held on 10-12 February at Symmons Plains Raceway near Launceston, sees 24 hours of motorsport over three days, with non-stop action from the first green flag until the chequered flag.

Fields of 40 or more have often been part of these events when held in other states, where competitors only need a Motorsport Australia Speed Licence to enter.

Winners are determined by the most number of laps accumulated over the three days in their respective brackets/classes.

Each driver in the team will be given six hours of track time, allowing for plenty of motorsport across the weekend.

The 2023 Motor Events Racing Tasmanian endurance event will be held at Symmons Plains on 10-12 February 2023.
