The locations and dates for this year’s Speed and Auto Test Championship events have been confirmed.

In 2023, Queensland and New South Wales will host two events a piece, with the first of the Championship battles taking place in April.

The Motorsport Australia Khanacross Championship will be hosted by the Central Coast Car Club on 29-30 April at the Benaraby Driver Education Facility about an hour’s drive south of Rockhampton in Queensland.

The remainder of the events will then take place in September and October, with a run of Championships taking place to round out the year.

The Motorsport Australia Motorkhana Championship will be hosted by a group of clubs at the Nirimba Education Precinct in Western Sydney on 30 September and 1 October.

A fortnight later, the Porsche Car Club will welcome crews taking part in the Motorsport Australia Supersprint Championship at Morgan Park in Warwick, Queensland.

The final event for 2023 will be the Motorsport Australia Hill Climb Championship, hosted by the MG Car Club (Newcastle) at Ringwood Park Motor Complex near Newcastle in New South Wales.

Motorsport Australia CEO Eugene Arocca congratulated those chosen to host these prestigious events.

“We are excited to confirm these dates and venues for the 2023 Championships,” Arocca said.

“All four Championships have significant motorsport history and we are pleased to see the passion for these events continuing now and into the future.

“After a tough period for these grassroots Championships, we were delighted to see them return in full swing in 2022 and know that the event hosts will be able to build on that momentum and put on an excellent show across these four events in 2023.”
