Motorsport Australia affiliated South Australian clubs now have access to funding grants from the South Australian State Government.
Both four-wheel and two-wheel clubs can apply for the funding, as part of the government’s SA Car Club Program, with applications closing at 12pm on 24 April.
Grants to the value of $500,000 will be available in each year of the SA Car Club Program. This funding will support local car and motorcycle clubs across South Australia, so they can better meet their growing operating costs, including managing the conditional registration scheme.
Clubs can apply for funding to assist in the following areas:
- increase club participation
- host events
- improve or upgrade facilities
- build capacity
- streamline operations

Motorsport Australia CEO Eugene Arocca thanked the South Australian Government for its support.
“This is a terrific opportunity for our South Australian clubs to access all-important funding that will greatly assist the broader motorsport community,” Arocca said.
“On behalf of everyone at Motorsport Australia, I’d like to say thank you to the South Australian government for its ongoing support of motorsport in the state.
“I encourage all clubs to apply as soon as possible and talk with our team if they need any assistance with their applications. We are eager to see more clubs benefit from these significant opportunities.”
The funding is part of a four-year SA Car Club Program to enable clubs to host bigger and better events and get more South Australians involved.
