The 2024 Repco Supercars Championship continues this weekend in Surfers Paradise for the 2024 Boost Mobile Gold Coast 500.
This round will see the cars battle it out on the Surfers Paradise streets across three days, with 85 laps each race.
The event will mark the 30th anniversary of Supercars racing in Surfers Paradise, with many on-track and off-track activities to celebrate the event’s history.
Fans can expect action from five support categories, including V8 SuperUte Series, Aussie Racing Cars, TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Australia GR CUP and PorscheCarrera Cup Australia.
Red Bull Ampol Racing will look to continue their lead with Will Brown and Broc Feeney sitting first and second in the standings, a 204 point gap between them.
The powerhouse duo have been unstoppable this season, with Brown securing four race wins and 16 podiums and Feeney collecting 11 podiums thus far.
Heading into the penultimate round, Chaz Mostert and Cam Waters sit in third and fourth respectively, with the Mostert just 21 points behind Feeney.
2023 Supercars Champion Brodie Kostecki and most recent Bathurst 1000 winner with co-driver Todd Hazelwood will look to continue his strong run of form at Surfers Paradise.
Fans and spectators can expect an action-packed weekend, with Supercars featuring two Friday Practice sessions and Qualifying and a 250km Race on the Saturday and Sunday.
The event will also offer other sources of entertainment, such as DJ Total Eclipse, Bag Raiders, and Peking Duk on Friday, and Aussie rock bands Jet, Spiderbait, and Kingswood on Saturday night.
All Supercars sessions will be broadcast live on Seven Network and Foxtel.
