The 2025 Meguiar’s Bathurst 12 Hour kicks off this weekend, with an action-packed four days at Mount Panorama.
Thursday will see the Track to Town parade, including cars from competing support categories and selection demonstration vehicles for the very first time.
There will be three days of track action, including support categories Repco Supercars Championship, Duggan Family Hotels Combined Sedans and Sports Cars and the debut of the Ferrari Challenge Australasia.
Meguiar’s Bathurst 12 Hour gets underway on Friday morning, with four practice sessions. Two more practice sessions will follow on Saturday to set up for Qualifying that afternoon at 1:05 pm.
The Meguiar’s Bathurst 12 Hour commences at 5:45am on Sunday morning.
This year’s entry list includes drivers representing 15 nations, including Champions from five major GT3-based championships around the world, plus the current Le Mans, Nürburgring and Bathurst GT3 winners.
MotoGP legend Valentino Rossi is making his return to the endurance race for the third time, driving in a BMW M4 GT3. Rossi will race alongside Belgian Charles Weerts and former Allan Simonsen Pole Award winner Raffaele Marciello.
Meguiar’s Bathurst 12 Hour also welcomes back Repco Supercars Champion Will Brown in a Ferrari 296 GT3, plus the top five drivers in last years Supercars Championship standings.
Six former 12 Hour winners are entered, including Matt Campbell and Ayhancan Guven, who return in a bid to go back-to-back.
Like 2024, 19 GT3 cars will compete this year however two additional manufacturers join in the form of Ferrari and Aston Martin.
