The Victorian Super Sprint Championship (VSSC) returns for another year of competitive action, where competitors have the opportunity across four rounds to vie for the championship crown.

A handful of Victorian-based clubs individually host the four events throughout the season, beginning with the first round at Sandown International Raceway on Sunday 30 March, hosted by WRX Club of Victoria.

With entries for this event closing on Thursday 30 March 2025, eligible competitors are encouraged to join in on the fun and register now.

What is a Super Sprint?
Unlike door-to-door racing, a Super Sprint event is a time trial format where drivers compete to set the fastest lap time. There are a few key factors including precision, consistency and speed that contribute to a good result in a Super Sprint.

Why enter?
Competing in the VSSC provides the opportunity to compete with other competitors outside your club and have the possibility to become the Motorsport Australia Victorian Super Sprint Champion for 2025.

Who can enter?
The VSSC is open to a range of competitors including those looking to begin their journey in competitive motorsport, experienced drivers and club-level competitors. Competitors will require a Motorsport Australia Speed Licence or above to compete in the VSSC.

How much does it cost?
Entry fees vary by round, circuit and club. For the first round of the Championship, entry fees are as follows:
WRX Club Member Late Entry $275
Non WRX Members Late Entry $305

How do I get involved?
Entries open via the Motorsport Australia Online Event Entry [link] system approximately one month before each round of the VSSC, competitors must enter each round separately. There is no single entry process for an entire season.

Read the Supplementary Regulations for each round with give further insight into what is required including the schedule, track procedures, entry details, driver eligibility, vehicle requirements, safety equipment and more.
