Motorsport across the country will have a high benchmark this weekend following a thrilling showing from drivers at Rally Queensland last weekend in Gympie, but with Supercars (NTI Townsville 500) back on the weekly rundown and a flurry of State and National Championship events on offer, this weekend promises to measure up to the challenge.
Round Five of the Motorsport Australia 2025 South Australian Motor Racing Championship leads the way at the The Bend Motorsport Park on Saturday and Sunday as the only national Championship event this weekend.
At the State Championship level, four events will take place in three different states, two of which are in Queensland.
South East Queensland Off Road Racing Association gets the honour of hosting The Zoom’s Cup 240 in Limevale on Saturday and Sunday as part of the Queensland Off Road Championship season.
The Holden Sporting Car Club of Queensland will host the Queensland Motorkhana Championship & Series for one day only at Queensland Raceway this Sunday.
Round Six of the 2025 Motorsport Australia Victorian Motorkhana Championship makes a regional stop on Saturday at the Bendigo Livestock Exchange, meanwhile the Westlakes Automobile Club will host the July New South Wales Khanacross in Awaba at Awabawac Park.
Motorsport Australia’s FIA Girls on Track Play Well Program also heads to Sandown International Raceway on Monday.
