Motorsport Australia has been notified of a fatal incident at Sydney Motorsport Park that occurred in the evening session of a state championship event on Saturday 26 July 2025. A 53-year-old man was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics, however died at the scene.
We extend our condolences to the family and friends of the competitor, and to the officials and first responders at the scene.
Motorsport Australia’s Critical Incident Plan is in action, and staff are working with NSW Police and the venue following this incident.
