Through panel discussion and practical examples, participants will deepen their understanding of unacceptable behaviours and develop confidence in creating psychologically safe, respectful motorsport environments, including how to:

  1. Recognise how unacceptable behaviours manifest across different motorsport contexts (board level, competition, officiating)
  2. Understand the barriers that prevent people from speaking up and intervening
  3. Apply practical bystander intervention strategies relevant to their role
  4. Identify actions they can take to contribute to a more inclusive motorsport culture
  5. Access appropriate reporting mechanisms and support pathways

Webinar participants are encouraged to complete the 30-minute Driving Respect online training module via the Motorsport Australia Member Portal prior to joining the webinar.
