Almost 30 motorsport events take place this weekend, making it one of the busiest to date this calendar year.
A pair of marquee events commence in South Australia, both of which start from Friday. The 2025 Shannons Adelaide Rally will welcome an array of competitors to the Adelaide Hills, while fans will have dedicated spectator zones at select stages on each day of competition adding to the viewing experience.
Fifty-five kilometres north of Adelaide’s CBD, the historic Mallala Motorsport Park will stage the penultimate round of the 2025 Trans Am calendar as part of the Trico Trans Am Series’ South Australian doubleheader.
Running over Friday and Saturday, Mallala Homecoming precedes the Supercars season finale at the Adelaide Grand Final on 27-30 November. The South Australian Motor Sport Board will host the bp Adelaide Grand Final Drive Day around the Adelaide Parklands on Wednesday to begin the week’s proceedings.
The final outing at Mount Panorama for 2025 takes place at Challenge Bathurst, with the ever popular supersprint providing an opportunity for a variety of cars and drivers to sample the hallowed tarmac of The Mountain. Elsewhere in New South Wales, the MG Car Club of Newcastle hosts a club regularity hillclimb, Lithgow District Car Club will run its November khanacross, and Raleigh Motorsports Association’s autocross runs over Saturday and Sunday.
Victoria’s Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit will draw plenty of attention from Friday to Sunday, with the Phillip Island Auto Racing Club’s Island Magic event returning this weekend with practice beginning from Friday.
Other feature events in Victoria include Round 11 of the Shepparton & District Car Club’s Khanacross Series, Victorian 86/BRZ Club’s Skidmas 2025 meeting and the Porsche Club of Victoria’s Presidents Day event at Sandown International Raceway.
The CMI Domain Hillclimb heads to Upper Queens Domain in Tasmania, while the Collie Motorplex SuperSprint Event and South West Touring Club’s Round 1 Motorkhana lists off the weekend’s motorsport in Western Australia. The Southern District Motorsports Association hosts a club hillclimb event Sunday at Canberra’s Fairbairn Park.
In Queensland, the Warwick District Sporting Car Club’s Meltdown event will create a large buzz around Morgan Park Raceway this weekend, while Gold Coast Tweed Motorsporting Club and Ipswich West Moreton Auto Club each have a club event to run over the next two days.
