Motorsport is aplenty in the state of New South Wales this weekend, accounting for over half of events taking place around the country.
Grassroots motorsport events make up the majority of proceedings with a smattering of Come and Try events also on the agenda, namely Come and Try motorkhanas hosted by the Christian Autosports Club of Australia at Sydney Motorsport Park, and Bathurst Light Car Club at The Quarry.
The MG Car Club of Queensland will also host a Come and Try Test and Tune session out at Mount Cotton. Meanwhile, the Pakenham Auto Club hosts its own motorkhana practice event in Victoria.
In the form of club level events, Brisbane Sporting Car Club, Proston Car Club and Ipswich West Moreton Auto Club will run sessions, while out west the WA Sporting Car Club’s competitors head to Jack’s Hill at Wanneroo for drifting practice.
New South Wales and ACT clubs such as Westlakes Automobile Club, Kempsey Sporting Car Club, Impreza WRX Club and Southern District Motorsports Association are all hosting events this weekend too.
Social events such as the Gnoo Blas Classic Car Club’s Classic Car Show in Orange and One Raceway’s Historic Summer Spectacular will also provide a great chance for spectators to visually enjoy their auto action.
