The Phillip Racing Auto Club (PIARC) will host the ninth version of August Access from 16-18 August.
Taking place at the iconic Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit, the INEOS Grenadier August Access will feature Production Sport Cars Victoria, Victorian SuperKarts and Sprints sessions.
The 2024 edition kicks off with private practice and Sprint sessions on Friday, followed by qualifying and racing on Saturday and Sunday.
A weekend highlight will be the return of “Butchers Picnic” on Sunday, showcasing log-booked sedan-based race vehicles.
Serving as a tribute to the late Australian racing driver, Bob Gill, Race 3 will be named the “Bob Gill Butchers Picnic” in his honour.
The INEOS Grenadier August Access is one that will allow PIARC members of all skills to get some serious track times on the world-famous circuit.
As part of their partnership, INEOS Automotive will showcase their Grenadier Station Wagon and recently released Quartermaster twin cab utility, with selected attendees driving these vehicles on the Phillip Island track.
Known for their support of motorsport through their partnership with Mercedes AMG Formula 1, INEOS Automotive will provide PIARC with three Grenadiers for the Recovery & Course Car fleet.
Although the event is closed to the general public, current PIARC members are welcome to attend by presenting their membership card at the gate.
