Motorsport Australia advises that the Supercars National Court of Appeal convened at 4pm AEST on Monday 17 August to hear Supercars’ appeal from Stewards Decision 120 of the 2026 Bosch Power Tools Perth Super 440.  

Following the written and oral submissions from Supercars, Grove Racing and Motorsport Australia and subsequent deliberation by the Court, the Court dismissed the appeal with written reasons to follow within 14 days pursuant to Rule 5.9.7 of Division B of the Supercars Operations Manual.
