The Watpac Townsville 400 is looking for officials.
The Virgin Australia Supercars Championship is on the hunt for officials to take part in one of the most exciting rounds on the calendar, the Watpac Townsville 400.
Based in the picturesque North Queensland town, the event requires a number of officials in different roles ranging from flag and fire marshals to pit lane marshals.
The Championship’s eighth round will take place around the streets of Townsville in July, as officials will have the opportunity to soak up both the sun and the action through the best seats in the house.
Triple Eight Race Engineering dominated last year’s round with Shane van Gisbergen and Jamie Whincup sharing the spoils with a race win each.
Eventual champion Scott McLaughlin finished both races in third.
