A new docuseries will give fans an insight into Erebus Motorsport.
Virgin Australia Supercars Championship fans will get a special behind-the-scenes look into life in a Supercars team when a new docuseries on Erebus Motorsport is released later this month on on Foxtel (channel 506) and Kayo Sports.

The eight-part series, Inside Line - A Season with Erebus Motorsport, will give fans an insight into the raw drama the Victorian team endured during its 2019 Supercars campaign.

Following a number of the key figures around the team including team owner Betty Klimenko, star driver David Reynolds and young gun Anton De Pasquale, the season will showcase all the high and lows individuals face when involved at the highest level of motorsport.

“I was all for doing this,” Klimenko said.

“In the beginning it was a little daunting, but once you got used to a crew they were really good about it and it just became part of every weekend. I forgot about them half the time. I’d go to the bathroom and leave my mic on by mistake.

“I think people will love it because they’re going right behind the scenes. Not just right into the garage but de-briefs, the personal lives of the people who make up Erebus. They’re going to see what makes us tick.”

This year’s series is the first of many to come, with the Supercars CEO Sean Seamer hopeful of continuing the program on an annual basis with a different team each year.

“Our new annual docuseries Inside Line provides an excellent insight into the world of Supercars and all the dynamics of a motorsport team,” Seamer said.

“With unprecedented access to the inner sanctums of the team and drivers, both on and off the track, this compelling series is a must watch for any sports fan and showcases what is at the very heartbeat of our championship.”

Inside Line - A Season with Erebus Motorsport will premiere on Fox Sports and Kayo on Tuesday, 31 March at 7pm AEDT.
