After a challenging year in 2022, the Motorsport Australia Queensland Rally Championship has been handed a major boost ahead of the 2023 season, with KickAss Products signing on as naming rights partner.
To be known as the 2023 KickAss Motorsport Australia Queensland Rally Championship, this season will have three events making up the calendar, which includes a round run in conjunction with the Motorsport Australia Rally Championship.
KickAss Products is an Australian-owned company, which designs, manufactures and sells a variety high quality and innovative products across the country.

Queensland Rally Advisory Panel Chairperson Matthew Sosimenko was thrilled to welcome KickAss Products to the championship.
“It is great to have a national company like KickAss involved as a major sponsor for the 2023 Motorsport Australia Queensland Rally Championship,” Sosimenko said.
“With rally participation in Queensland increasing every year across all levels, it is great to work with a business like KickAss to further increase the profile of the sport.
“Hopefully, this will lead to more competitors as well as get more people to volunteer their time and help run events.”
KickAss Products General Manager Aaron Cotton was excited about supporting the Queensland championship.
“KickAss is excited for the opportunity to sponsor this year's QLD Rally Championship,” Cotton said.
“Power solutions are at the core of our business but we are an adventure company. We strive to help people follow their passions, find adventure and live their dreams.
“We hope this partnership will provide new opportunities for Qld Rally Australia to grow and thrive. We are here to power this adventure.”
Starting off next month with the Roos Systems Australia Manumbar Rally, July will see Queensland’s best rally drivers go up against the best in the country in Gympie for the Accent Benchtops Rally Queensland as part of the Motorsport Australia Rally Championship.
