Entry list set for 2023 6 Hour

The entry list for the Hi-Tec Oils Bathurst 6 Hour has been confirmed.
The entry list for the Hi-Tec Oils Bathurst 6 Hour has been confirmed with a bumper field of 66 entries to battle it out on the famous Mount Panorama circuit over the Easter weekend.
In what will be its seventh official running and fourth consecutive year with more than 60 entrants, the popular production-car endurance race will have its usual spread of classes, makes and models.
While the full driver list is yet to be announced, the confirmed entry list of cars showcases plenty of diversity from a machinery point of view as there will be 25 different models representing 14 different brands.
Leading the entry list are the 12 Class X cars, all of whom are likely to be amongst the front runners contending for the victory.
Notable entries in Class X are 2019 winners Beric Lynton and Tim Leahey, the 2021 winning BMW M4 and the inclusion of Garth Walden Racing and Waltec Motorsport, both of whom make the step up.
The biggest class for the event will be the 27-car Class A field, which will see a mix of forced induction Mitsubishi Evos, Mercedes AMG A45s, Subarus and Audis go up against normally aspirated vehicles, which is headlined by a race-record seven Ford Mustangs.
A further seven cars will make up Class B, while Class C has 11 cars entered, including a mix of Renaults, HSVs, Mini Coopers, VWs and Mazdas.
Rounding out the entry list are the D and E classes, with the Toyota and Subaru entries to continue their traditional rivalry via a collection of 86s and BRZs in the D Class and Mazdas in the E class.
This year’s race will be broadcast live, ad-break free and on demand on Stan Sport as part of their expanded coverage of all Shannons SpeedSeries rounds this year, while tickets are now available.
