Motorsport Australia appoints Charlie Barlow as new Development Manager

Charlie Barlow will begin her role in September.

Motorsport Australia is pleased to announce the appointment of Charlie Barlow to the newly created role of Development Manager.

Leading the Motorsport Australia Development team, Barlow will play a significant role in leading and driving strategies to increase participation across our existing portfolio of programs.

The creation of this new role demonstrates a commitment to our National Participation Plan, covering a range of cohorts through new and existing programs including FIA Girls on Track, First Gear, Women’s Introduction to Motorsport, Esports and more.

Barlow is a familiar face to many in the organisation and its stakeholders, having built strong connections in the participation space in her voluntary role as a FIA Girls On Track Champion since 2021.

She joins the organisation from her most recent role as Public Relations & Communications Executive at Supercars, where she drove national and international media coverage for the category over more than three years in the role.
