Aaron Cameron will be competing for Evans GP

Australian driver Aaron Cameron will race for Evans GP in the 2025 Formula Regional Middle East Championship (FRMEC).

This will be Cameron’s debut in this category, bringing a wealth of experience in various motorsport disciplines.

His career highlights include becoming an Australian Karting Champion, securing the S5000 Championship title, and finishing as a runner-up in both the Supercheap Auto TCR Australia and Dunlop Super 2 Series.

Cameron’s versatility has been demonstrated in events such as the Bathurst 1000, where his skill and adaptability have earned him widespread recognition.

Team Principal, Joshua Evans expressed his enthusiasm about the new partnership.

“We’re excited to welcome Aaron Cameron to Evans GP for the 2025 season,” Evans said.

“It’s been great to get the deal done, with thanks to Versa Motorsport Manager Toby Pope, and this signing continues our successful partnership with Versa,

“After finishing 2nd in the 2023 GB4 Championship and securing 5th in our debut at the Macau GP with Versa-supported driver Cooper Webster, we’re looking forward to building on that momentum with Aaron. His diverse experience and strong track record will be an asset to the team.”

Cameron shared his thoughts on joining Evans GP, excited to enter a new phase in his racing career.

“I’m really looking forward to joining Evans GP for the 2025 FRMEC season,” Cameron said.
