The Ryco Enduro Cup kicks off this weekend, with the Repco Supercars Championship to host the first of two endurance events at Shell V-Power Motorsport Park from 12-14 September for the AirTouch 500, featuring a 500-kilometre Supercars race on Sunday.
Several of the sport’s most successful racers return to the drivers’ seat as veteran co-drivers are called upon for the two-driver races this weekend, and then again at October’s Bathurst 1000.
Two-time Bathurst 1000 winner Chaz Mostert will have Kiwi gun Fabian Coulthard back in his corner at this year’s enduros.
The pair drove together in 2022, finishing runners up in that year’s Great Race, with Mostert citing “unfinished business” with Coulthard as the two join forces again in 2025.

Jack Perkins is also rejoining the grid, and will once again partner up with James Courtney at Blanchard Racing Team.
Perkins, the son of six-time Bathurst winner Larry Perkins, is a long-time friend of Courtney’s, who plans to hang up the helmet at the end of this season, concluding an illustrious motorsport career.
Perkins is also coming off an impressive performance in the NASCAR Xfinity Series two weeks ago, running as high as third in the late stages at Portland International Raceway.
Cam Waters and Mark Winterbottom are expected to be one of the strongest pairings on the grid. Waters and Winterbottom will share the former’s Tickford Racing Mustang at the two Enduro Cup events.
Jack Smith will contest his first Supercars race since 2023 alongside Jaxon Evans. Beyond turning a handful of laps in Sydney in February, Smith’s only genuine running in the SCT Camaro this year came at the pre-enduro test day in Ipswich in August.

Scott Pye will enter the Enduro Cup with two firm goals in mind — win, and help Will Brown return serve in the championship. Meanwhile, Broc Feeney and Jamie Whincup topped the Supercars.com fan poll as favourites.
This weekend’s race at The Bend is the first Supercars endurance race to be held at the Tailem Bend circuit, which returns to host Supercars for the first time since 2023.
This year’s enduros also carry the weight of drivers looking to make the inaugural Supercars Finals, with the 10 finalists locked in after the Bathurst 1000.
The driver pairing who scores the most points across the AirTouch 500 and the Bathurst 1000 will be awarded the Enduro Cup, with the primary driver who wins the Enduro Cup also earning an automatic berth in the Finals.
Tickets for Supercars’ return to The Bend can be purchased via supercars.com.
Live coverage of the AirTouch 500 at The Bend can be found exclusively on Foxtel and Kayo.
