Motorsport Australia has today launched its new Member Portal, marking a significant step forward towards an improved digital experience for all Motorsport Australia members.
The new Member Portal has been designed to be simpler, faster, and easier for competition licence holders, officials, clubs, and event organisers alike. For existing members, no action is required to access the new system – all existing data was securely migrated to the new infrastructure in recent days. You can login with the email address associated with your account at portal.motorsport.org.au.
If you are a new member who has never held a Motorsport Australia licence, you can create an account online by following the prompts at portal.motorsport.org.au.
Further refinements and improvements to the Member Portal, and Event Entry, will occur over the next few weeks as we fine-tune some features and functionality. While more long-term and strategic developments will occur across the next 18 to 24 months, with future phases of Motorsport Australia’s digital transformation project to roll-out.
The new platform was developed in partnership with Sydney-based firm ITKnocks, who will continue to assist Motorsport Australia in the development of features and functions that will be beneficial to all members today and into the future.
While the Member Portal is a brand-new development, the current focus is to ensure the basic features are all working as intended after several months of intensive testing, feedback, and development.
Despite all best efforts to ensure the switchover has been seamless, if you are experiencing difficulty accessing, or encounter unusual issues while using the new Member Portal – please let us know to ensure we can make changes for the benefit of all members.
Please refer to the Member Portal Information Hub to view more information such as frequently asked questions, or to report any issues or feedback on the new Member Portal experience.
