The Gnoo Blas Classic Car Club has been announced as the Meguiar’s Car Club of the Month for August.
Based in Orange, New South Wales, the club has built a strong reputation for bringing classic car enthusiasts together, while making a positive contribution to the local community.
A highlight of the club’s calendar is its Annual Classic Event, which was held earlier this year from 6-8 February 2026.
The event attracted approximately 900 vehicles, with car clubs travelling from across Australia to take part. Several visiting clubs brought more than 20 vehicles to Orange for the weekend.
The event also demonstrated the club’s commitment to the wider community, with more than 20 local organisations provided with free space at the Saturday’s Classic display to promote their services.
The weekend began with more than 150 vehicles parading through the centre of Orange before gathering at a local winery for an afternoon of socialising and entertainment.
The Saturday night featured renowned Australian adventurer Warren Brown as the event’s guest speaker.
Brown displayed his famous 1928 Bean vehicle and shared stories from his recent adventure driving the historic car from London to Melbourne.
The event also attracted organisers from other car shows and displays, providing an opportunity to share ideas and knowledge about planning and delivering major motoring events.
Away from its events, the Gnoo Blas Classic Car Club plays an important role in supporting its local community, annually distributing more than $10,000 to local charities and volunteer organisations through funds raised from various activities.
With its passion for classic vehicles and commitment to supporting others, the Gnoo Blas Classic Car Club is a deserving recipient of the Meguiar’s Car Club of the Month Award.
