September continues with a strong weekend of motorsport with 24 events scheduled across six states.
New South Wales leads the national schedule with six events, followed by Victoria with seven. South Australia will host four events, while Queensland has three, and Tasmania and Western Australia each contribute two events.
New South Wales takes centre stage with the 2026 Shannons SpeedSeries – GT Festival Sydney at Sydney Motorsport Park, running from Friday through Sunday and bringing a major weekend of circuit racing to the Western Sydney venue.
The state will also feature the Hunter Rivmasta Warialda Off Road 200 at Monomeeth – Warialda, while Fiat Club NSW hosts its Motorkhana at Ansell Park across Saturday and Sunday. Westlakes Automobile Club will stage its September Rallysprint at Awabawac Park, with Deniliquin Sporting Car Club’s Autocross Round 7 and the 2026 NSW Supersprint Championships and Club Series at One Raceway completing the weekend’s program.
Victoria has seven events scheduled, with supersprint and autocross competition featuring prominently. Porsche Club of Victoria will contest Round 8 at the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit on Saturday, followed by Round 7 of the Marque Sports Car Association Victoria Super Sprint Series on Sunday.
Grassroots action includes Round 6 of the Victorian Club Autocross Series at Swan Hill and Kyneton Car Club’s Autocross Round 6, while Geelong Motor Sport Club hosts an Avalon Khanacross. Austin 7 Club will also stage OST 11 at Three Bridges, with the Alfa Romeo Club Showroom at Heatherton adding further variety.
Queensland’s three events include Round 5 of the Motorsport Australia Queensland Circuit Racing Championships at Queensland Raceway. North Queensland Offroad Racing Association will host the Gold City 450 at Millchester Motorsports Facility, while Ipswich West Moreton Auto Club stages Open Sprint Round 4 at Willowbank Park.
South Australia will feature four events, including the SEAC 2026 Khanacross Series Round 3 and Motorkhana Series Round 5 at Millicent Saleyards. Adelaide Buggy Club will host the Move Yourself Mannum Super Sprint 230 at Haby’s Place Offroad Circuit, while The Bend Motorsport Park stages Track Sports incorporating Porsche Club Sprint #5 and Adelaide Superkarts.
Tasmania’s circuit racing competitors will return to Baskerville Raceway for Round 5 of the 2026 Tasmanian Circuit Racing Championship across Saturday and Sunday.
Western Australia will host three events, with the eV Challenge Powered by ReEnergise Digital taking place at Tiger Kart Club on Saturday. WA Sporting Car Club will also hold its Jack’s Hill Orientation Session, while Light Car Club of WA stages Round 4 of its Khanacross at Ninigo Farm on Sunday.
