Motorsport Australia is saddened to learn of the passing of WA Sporting Car Club (WASCC) General Manager, Andrew Stachewicz.

Born in Germany, Andrew migrated to Australia with his family during his younger years before serving in the Australian Army as a Major.

Andrew became involved with the WASCC five years ago following an impressive 15-year stint at the Royal Fresh Water Yacht Club where he held positions as General Manager and then Chief Executive. 

Motorsport Australia offers its condolences to all of Andrew’s family, friends and WASCC colleagues.
