The popular ultimate speed comparison at this weekend’s Formula 1 Rolex Australian Grand Prix will have a new contender, with TCR Australia’s Hyundai i30 N TCR car going up against a V10 Formula 1 car.

Alongside Hyundai’s road going variant, the three vehicles will do battle in the demonstration across all four days of the event. Nathan Morcom will steer the HMO Customer Racing car, with Hyundai test driver and Australian rally driver Brendan Reeves in the road car.

The demonstration will be the first public glimpse in front Australian motor sport fans, ahead of the debut TCR Australia Series season in May at Sydney Motorsport Park.
