Motorsport Australia has today released the 2022-2024 RSEA Safety Motorsport Australia Rally Championship Sporting and Technical Regulations.
The extended regulations, covering the next three years of the Championship, provide competitors and teams with certainty for the upcoming seasons, allowing them to build and prepare cars to contend in the overall Championship and class Cups.

Motorsport Australia Director of Motorsport & Commercial Operations Michael Smith said the extended regulations had been put together in consultation with competitors and teams.
“The RSEA Safety Motorsport Australia Rally Championship is enjoying a very successful period, despite the lack of events that have been able to run in 2021,” Smith said.
“The interest in the Championship is high, there are lots of commercial partners eager to get involved or continue their association with us, and the coverage of the Championship is the most broad and accessible it has been in some time.
“Motorsport Australia made a deliberate decision to release these regulations for a three year period, allowing competitors to prepare and build their cars for the long run, and not have to worry about significant changes being made year-on-year.
“Of course, if there are new cars or new technology that become relevant to the Championship in the coming years, we will certainly be able to adapt or make any small changes to these regulations where needed.”
