Competitors can now register a number for the 2024 Motorsport Australia Off Road Championship (AORC) season.
Like previous years, competitors are not required to be registered for the championship to receive points at any rounds this year, however a number reservation is needed to run specific digits of their choice.
In order to secure a championship number, competitors must fill in a registration form before Sunday 25 February, otherwise they will be allocated a number at random within their class and their preferred number will become available to the public.

The 2024 AORC season will see crews return to the same five rounds as it did last year, with the only significant change being the order of events.
Starting in April, the Pooncarie Desert Dash has moved to the season opening event after two successful years before the iconic Tatts Finke Desert Race in June.

The ever-challenging Loveday 400 returns for its third year in the AORC and will stand as the midway point for the season in July, while the Gold City 450 has moved to the end of August after opening the 2023 season.
In keeping with the last two seasons, the Kalgoorlie Desert Race will have the honour of wrapping up the year in October.
Competitors not intending to compete in Pooncarie are not required to register their number before the season opener but must do so prior to entering their first event for the year if they want to have the number of their choice.

The 2024 Motorsport Australia Off Road Championship gets underway with the Pooncarie Desert Dash in New South Wales on 19-21 April.
