Off Road Number Registrations Now Open For 2025 – Motorsport Australia

Off Road Number Registrations Now Open For 2025

Competitors can now register a number for the 2025 Motorsport Australia Off Road Championship (AORC) season.

Like previous years, competitors are not required to be registered for the championship to receive points at any rounds this year, however a number reservation is needed to run specific digits of their choice.

In order to secure a championship number, competitors must fill in a registration form before Sunday 23 February, otherwise they will be allocated a number at random within their class and their preferred number will become available to the public.

Continuity is a strength of the 2025 AORC season, with crews returning to the same five rounds as it did last year.

Starting in April, the Pooncarie Desert Dash in New South Wales’ Wentworth Shire again hosts the season opening event before the iconic Tatts Finke Desert Race in June.

South Australia’s Loveday 400 will stand as the midway point for the season in July, while the Gold City 450 in Queensland will be the penultimate round in late August.

Western Australia’s Kalgoorlie Desert Race will have the honour of wrapping up the year in October.

Competitors not intending to compete in the opening round at Pooncarie are not required to register their number before the season opener, but must do so prior to entering their first event for the year if they want to have the number of their choice.
