The Motorsport Australia SA/NT State Awards, proudly presented by Shannons Insurance, has honoured its 2024 winners.
Over 90 people attended the event at Arkarba Hotel Fullarton in Adelaide, hosted by Bruce Astbury.
Andrew Robinson was crowned SA/NT Official of the Year, a memorable moment of the night and a fitting tribute to his outstanding efforts in motorsport.
Over the years, Robinson has made invaluable contributions across various roles at events, ranging from grassroots club meets to major national competitions like the Bathurst 12 Hour and Adelaide 500.
The spotlight also shone on rising talent Luke Maeder, who was named the SA/NT Future Star for his impressive dedication to motorsport.

At 19 years old, Maeder completed his first season in Formula Vee in 2024, was awarded Rookie of the Year, Best Presented Team and Car, the Ovenden Cup, and took home a podium finish for round 4 club and state trophy.
Chris Frith was celebrated with the Service Award, and both Ben Erceg and Scott Thompson were acknowledged as Service Star recipients for their exceptional contributions to the sport.
Among the categories, Jill Rodda was honoured as Auto Test Official of the Year, while Katrina Steggles earned the title of Speed Official of the Year.
Garry Hales was recognised as Rally Official of the Year, and Chris Platt received the Circuit Official of the Year award.
The awards night also highlighted the passionate clubs that continue to drive motorsport.
The Sporting Car Club of SA took home the prestigious SA/NT Event of the Year award, who celebrated their 90th anniversary in 2024.

The club proudly facilitated a range of events throughout 2024, including eight rounds of the 2024 SA Motor Racing Championship and Collingrove Hillclimb events.
Motorsport Australia also congratulated special club milestones, acknowledging their dedication and commitment to the motorsport community over the decades.
Bolwell Car Club of South Australia celebrated an outstanding 50 years, and the Impreza WRX Club of SA reached 25 years, with both clubs being celebrated for their longstanding involvement in motorsport.
Motorsport Australia extends its congratulations to all award recipients and thanks the officials, volunteers, and supporters whose efforts make motorsport events possible in South Australia and the Northern Territory.
