CAMS is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Ron Klein.

A passionate motor sport competitor and good friend of the organisation, Ron worked closely with CAMS on a number of marketing projects, as well as promoting many motor sport events with his local car club.

Ron was also the founder of TKP Market Research Consultants, who provided strategic advice to a number of organisations, including CAMS. He has a long history as a successful and respected consultant across Australia.

CAMS CEO Eugene Arocca said Ron, who died in a road accident last Wednesday afternoon, would be sorely missed. 

“We were all truly devastated when we heard the news of Ron’s passing,” Arocca said. 

“Ron was passionate, authentic and a true gentleman. He would light up every room he walked into and you could always trust him to tell things to you straight.

“He was committed to ensuring motor sport thrived at all levels and understood the importance of hearing all sides to a story.

“Personally I have lost a good mate who I will sorely miss. Indeed, CAMS has lost a loyal friend.

“We pass on our sympathies to Ron’s wife Judy, his four children Kristian, Josh, Zoe and Adam, colleagues and all those who would be feeling great sadness at this time.”
