Application Process
For the automobile to be recognised for Group 3E, an application is to be submitted to technical@motorsport.org.au. Each application must include the above form and the additional details to confirm that all eligibility criteria outlined in the Group 3E Regulations are met. Additional details can be attached to the application email.
Once the initial application is approved by the Motorsport Australia 3E Technical Committee, a Recognition Document is then required, this will be supplied by Motorsport Australia on approval of the initial application. Complete the Recognition Document and return it to technical@motorsport.org.au.
The Motorsport Australia 3E Technical Committee will review and authorise: the publication of new 3E Recognition Documents; and applications for changes to 3E Recognition Document specifications.
Approval for recognition of an Automobile for Group 3E is at the discretion of Motorsport Australia.
Request for Update/Change Process
Request for update and/or change to Group 3E Recognition is as per Application of Group 3E Recognition. Application and all supporting documentation for update or change are to be submitted to technical@motorsport.org.au.
Approval of any changes to recognition of an Automobile for Group 3E is at the discretion of Motorsport Australia.
