The Yeah The Girls Khanacross, to be hosted on 17 May, is an all-woman competition taking place at the club’s khanacross grounds in Tamborine on the Gold Coast.
The khanacross has welcomed substantial interest in the two years it has run, inaugurally in 2024 and again in 2025, averaging close to 40 participants – a large portion of entrants being first-time and junior khanacross competitors.
Although based in the Gold Coast, the event typically attracts entrants from interstate, with previous competitors hailing from Alice Springs, Canberra, and Sydney.

Over the course of the event, competitors will have eight timed runs on a grass surface with first timers to receive special coaching and mentor guidance throughout the event.
There has been plenty of support for the event outside of a participation point of view, with Motorsport Australia and a number of other organisations getting behind the event.
The club also continues to direct all profits from the khanacross to Endometriosis Australia, raising much-needed awareness and funding research for the significant health issue.
Sasha Power finished first outright in the inaugural 2024 event, followed by Amy Davidson claiming the event a year later.
