Supercars return to Australian soil this weekend following an exciting New Zealand double-header in April.

Landing in Tasmania for the Tyrepower Tasmania Super 440, the Saturday afternoon Race 15 milestone marks the 100th Supercars race at Symmons Plains.

Heading into this weekend, Broc Feeney leads Brodie Kostecki by just 23 points after claiming a dramatic Jason Richards Memorial Trophy victory in New Zealand, whilst Matt Payne’s third place sees him just 46 points off the leader.

The Tasmania Super 440 kicks off with two practice sessions on Friday, before qualifying and racing on Saturday and Sunday.

The Saturday showcase features two 50-lap sprint races ahead of Sunday’s Boost Mobile Top Ten Shootout, before the running of the 84-lap Race 16 of the Repco Supercars Championship.

Categories supporting the Supercars Championship include the Battery World Aussie Racing Cars, Tassie Tin Tops, Touring Car Masters, and Tyrepower V8 SuperUte Series enjoying track time.
