There are 23 motorsport events taking place across this final weekend in May, showcasing grassroots club activities at their best.
New South Wales leads the tally with six events kicking off from Thursday with AGI Sport’s AU4 Formula 4 Practice Night at Sydney Motorsport Park (SMSP), the Australian Racing Drivers’ Cub is on track at SMSP Saturday and Sunday, and the Bathurst Light Car Club, Westlakes Automotive Club and Kempsey Sporting Car Club all will host khanacross activities on Sunday.
Five events in South Australia include the Sporting Car Club of SA’s Come and Try at Collingrove Hillclimb, Mt McKenzie on Saturday, which makes way for the Sporting Car Club of SA’s Ray Pank Winter Cup 2 Hillclimb at Collingrove on Sunday.
Western Australia also hosts five events and kicks off on Friday with the Western Australian Off Road Racing Association’s ARB Bencubbin and the Scouts WA Motorsport’s khanacross is at BORMSA Motorplex, Beverley.
In Victoria, the Victorian 86/BRZ Club will run a motorkhana at the Geelong Motorsport Complex on Saturday, with Western Districts Car Club hosting their Women’s Introduction to Motorsport event on the Sunday. The Gippsland Car Club and MG Car Club Victoria will enjoy a Sunday of their khanacross and observed section trial events respectively.
Further north, Queensland is slated to host two events comprising of the 2026 Queensland Hillclimb Championship at Mt Cotton from Friday to Sunday and Central Queensland Motor Sporting Club has their Khanacross – Test, Tune n Try day at Rosel Park, Rockhampton on Sunday.
Tasmania’s only event sees the North West Car Club’s Alpha Electrics & Water Bakers Beach Blast special stage rally in Dalgarth Forest Reserve on Saturday.
