General Public tickets for next year’s Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix will go on sale on Tuesday 29 August, while presale for Ticketmaster Registered Fans is now open.
Confirmed as the third round of the 2024 FIA Formula 1 World Championship season, the four-day international event will take place on 21-24 March.
As a result of the event having grown substantially in the past two years with record numbers, fans are encouraged to get in quick, so they don’t miss out.

More than 400,000 people attended the famous Albert Park street circuit across all four days in both 2022 and 2023, with this year’s record-breaking event reaching a crowd of around 440,000 – making it the most attended sporting event ever in Melbourne.
Adding to the spectacle will be the potential opportunity for Australian fans to see two Aussies on the gird for the first time since 2013, following Daniel Ricciardo’s surprise return to F1 with Alpha Tauri midway through this season, while McLaren rookie Oscar Piastri will look to pick up points on home soil for a second year running.
Once again, the FIA Formula 2 and 3 Championships have already been confirmed to form part of the support bill following entertaining maiden appearances at this year’s event.
There are currently four Australians entered across both championships, including Jack Doohan in F2 and Hugh Barter, Christian Mansell and Tommy Smith in F3.
There will also be lots of off-track entertainment throughout all four days, including the LIVE FAST festival where Motorsport Australia affiliated car clubs will be on display.
Motorsport Australia officials who want to volunteer for the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix 2024 will be able to submit an application in October this year.
