Tickets for the 2023 Motorsport Australia National Awards Gala Dinner, presented by Shannons Insurance, are still on sale with interested attendees encouraged to purchase a ticket before they miss out.
 
Once again being held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre in Victoria, the event will take place on Sunday 11 February and will see last year’s outright national Championship and Series winners receive their 2023 trophies.
 
As per usual, the event will also recognise a collection of other individuals within the motorsport industry, including those receiving merit-based awards, such as Service Awards and Life Membership.

In an added bonus for motorsport fans, the National Awards Gala Dinner will coincide with the opening round of the Shannons SpeedSeries' 2024 season, which takes place at Sandown International Raceway across the whole weekend.

As a result, those who have purchased tickets to the awards ceremony will receive a free weekend pass to the highly anticipated Race Sandown, with the passes to be sent to the same email used for purchasing tickets. 


A bumper schedule is on the cards for the Shannons SpeedSeries’ first event of the year, with a number of popular categories to take over the home of horsepower for three days, including Supercheap Auto TCR Australia Series and the National Trans Am Series.
 
In addition to TCR and Trans Am, the Monochrome GT4 Australia Series, Australian Production Cars and Australian Formula Open Series will all be on display across the weekend.
