Motorsport Australia regrets to advise of a critical incident at Calder Park Raceway that occurred during Round 5 of the MSCA Super Sprint Series on Sunday 14 June 2026.

The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle was treated by paramedics, however died at the scene.

Motorsport Australia’s Critical Incident Plan is in action, and staff are working with the relevant authorities following this incident.

We extend our condolences to the family and friends of the competitor, and our thanks go to the officials and first responders at the scene.
