Held in person at the Circuit Paul Ricard, this year’s edition of the FIA Motorsport Games will be the second official running of the Games and will see countries from around the world represented across a range of disciplines.
The driver selected to represent Australia in the Esports Cup will be rewarded with a trip to France, where they will compete against the best Esports drivers around the world.
Motorsport Australia is holding a two-stage qualifying process to determine the winning driver over the next month, which will be made up of both a qualifying lap process and a race.
The first stage of the qualifying process for interested participants will require them to post a lap on Circuit Paul Ricard through the
FIA’s Hot Lap* worldwide program.
To do this, competitors must have access to the Assetto Corsa Competizione (ACC) PC game and register their place in the competition, where they will have the opportunity to post a lap from now until 12 September.

The top 20 fastest Australians will then be selected to take part in Motorsport Australia’s two-round qualifying race series – which will take place on 19 September.
The driver who accumulates the most points across the two races will then receive airfares and accommodation** for their trip to France where they will represent Australia in the Esport Cup at the FIA Motorsport Games in Marseille France on 26-30 October.
