Crews eager to stake their claim at the 2024 Bosch Motorsport Australia Rally Championship (ARC) season finale can now submit their entries for the upcoming Buckby Motors Rally Tasmania.

This year’s event will see competitors tackle some of the best gravel stages in the country as the Championship heads to the north-west of Tasmania, held in Burnie from 22-24 November.

Crews will test themselves across a new course as the Championship heads to the region for the first time, with the forests of Burnie taking centre stage as the 2024 podium is decided.

Introduced to this round are Early Bird entries, where crews that enter before Friday 11 October will receive a discount on the entry fee. Full details can be found in the Supplementary Regulations.

Proceedings will kick off on Friday night with the Rally Show, to be held at the Burnie waterfront.

The rally officially begins on Saturday morning, with crews traversing 16 stages over the two days totally 219 competitive kilometres with all special stages taking place over gravel surfaces.

The sixth and final instalment of the 2024 Championship will be classified as an endurance event, with Saturday’s times carried across into the second day of the event.

The event will culminate in the longest Galvaniize Insurance Power Stage of the ARC season, totalling 42 kilometres across Mawbanna Road.

The outright Championship is still very much up for grabs as crews prepare for their final 2024 showing, with reigning Champions Harry Bates and Coral Taylor holding a 75-point lead over Eddie Maguire and Zak Brakey ahead of the final round.

Spectators will the chance across the weekend to see Australia’s best crews and Championship-leaders with the Alpha Electrics & Water Oldina Rally Village, Burnie Rally Show, PWS Super Special Stage, and Pedders Rally Central. The Spectator Guide is now available.
